Weave is an AI-native platform for pharma teams

Weave automates regulatory submissions for novel therapies—from IND filings through NDA and beyond. It combines AI-driven authoring, source-linked data, and a connected workspace. This allows regulatory teams to move from raw source material to submission-ready dossiers in a fraction of the traditional time, without sacrificing compliance or accuracy.

At Weave, I work across multiple product squads as one of 3 designers on the team. My work spans the core authoring workflow as well as newer platform capabilities as Weave expands from IND-stage support into clinical and approval-stage submissions.

Role: Design Lead

Project Responsibilities

• Design AI-native authoring workflows for regulatory content across multiple squads

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap

• Direct AI-assisted development (Claude Code) from spec through reviewed, shipped code

• Gather data and run research to inform product decisions in a compliance-critical domain

Team Responsibilities

• Organize cross-team collaboration across a fast-scaling platform

• Foster a culture of exploration and design critique

• Mentor other designers and advise on team processes
